To obtain a login and password for FILING court documents electronically, please follow these instructions:

  1. Download applicable signature form here:

    • ATTORNEY: Qualified Lawyer       *** A state issued Bar ID is REQUIRED. *** download ATTORNEY form (10/18/2013) An attorney filing electronically has full access to every document type accessible as defined by the local court. Verifiably, you must be admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama or follow the procedures for Pro Hac Vice privilege.

      *** PRO HAC VICE: A certificate of good standing from a United States District Court for the district in which you normally practice law is required and must be submitted with your application and a copy of your Motion to Appear Pro Hac Vice.
      Privilege to file electronically is restricted to the case(s) authorized by court order.

    • INSTRUCTIONAL COURSE PROVIDERS OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION: download FMC form (11/14/2013)
      NOTE: The approved amendment to Rule 1007(b)(7), effective December 1, 2013, by the Judicial Conference at its September 2012 session relieves individual debtors of the obligation to file a certification of completion of an instructional course concerning personal financial management (Form B23) as a condition for discharge if the provider of an instructional course directly notifies the court that the debtor has completed the course. Such providers should use this form specifically to register only if they are on the approved list designated by the Bankruptcy Administrator for the Middle District of Alabama (http://www.almba.uscourts.gov/baccpf2.htm).
